STUDENT CONSUMER REPORT MEMO 2009

Family of Faith College participates in the Title IV federal financial aid program. The requirements of this program include the disclosure of specific information to students, employees, prospective students, prospective employees and/or the general public.

Student Right-To-Know -
Student completion & graduation rates are published annually in our Academic Catalog.
The four-year average of the graduation rate of Family of Faith College students is 54%. This means that 54% of the students who started degree or certificate programs at Family of Faith College between the years of 1998 and 2001 completed these programs within 150% of the normal time of study. These rates are published in compliance with the Student Right-to-Know Act. (Family of Faith College Academic Catalog, 2009-2010, p. 24)

Drug Free Campus Act -
Students always have access to information regarding alcohol and drug abuse awareness. Please see Elaine Phillips or Rhonda Gaines regarding this material.

Jeanne Cleary Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act -                                              The college reports campus crime statistics each year to the Department of Education. Students are entitled to receive a paper copy of this information, and the information is also available to prospective students, current employees, and prospective employees. This year's statistics are as follows:
