GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
Each candidate for graduation must:
*Complete the entire prescribed curriculum for his chosen field of study, including coursework, Morning Prayer, and the Christian service program.
*Earn a minimum of a 2.0 grade point average at Family of Faith College.
*Receive at least "C" grade in all professional education courses for education majors and all biblical/theological and ministry courses for ministry majors.
*Complete at least one year in residence at Family of Faith College.
*Display the development of Christian character.
*Complete a graduation interview with the College President or his designated representative during the semester of graduation.
*Be recommended for graduation by the faculty.
*Be current on all financial obligations with Family of Faith College.
*Attend commencement activities.
GRADUATION HONORS
To achieve academic recognition at Family of Faith College, a student must have completed at least sixty-four credit hours at this college and must have completed all graduation requirements. The scholastic honors, according to grade point average, are as follows:
Summa cum laude ~ 3.70 - 4.00
Magna cum laude ~ 3.50 - 3.69
Cum laude ~ 3.30 - 3.49
GRADUATION AND RETENTION RATES
The four-year average of the graduation rate of Family of Faith College students is 54%. This means that 54% of the students who started degree or certificate programs at Family of Faith College between the years of 1998 and 2001 completed these programs within 150% of the normal time of study. These rates are published in compliance with the Student Right-to-Know Act.
